What they called him

Offices, not another biography. The life those offices come from is the chronicle.

A young Turalyon in blue priest’s robes and a brown cloak, one fist raised in a burst of Light, a sword at his hip, standing before a bright window.

Priest

Church of the Holy Light, Capital City. He healed, he studied, and he had not yet felt the power he already served. Faol kept him close enough to change the assignment.

High General of the Sons of Lothar

Leader of the expedition through the Dark Portal. The title is a promise to a dead man. The expedition kept the promise and lost him anyway, through a rift, when Draenor tore.

Beyond the Dark Portal. Peter Lee, 2016. Blizzard Entertainment.

Close portrait of Turalyon with white hair, a scarred cheek, and eyes glowing gold, framed by the plates of his armor.

Lightforged. World of Warcraft: Legion. Blizzard Entertainment.

Hope Shall Rise. Key art for the Vanguard of the Light. Blizzard Entertainment.

Turalyon sits the lion throne in Stormwind Keep, gold plate bright, hands on his knees, blue carpet at his feet.

Regent of Stormwind

Held with the House of Nobles while Anduin was the Maw’s prisoner. A protector’s chair, not a new dynasty. When he leaves for the Sunwell, the published novel puts Genn in the city and does not pretend the crown has been simple.
